Henry’s career has focused on climate change and science policy, including in the Cabinet Office and the Government Office for Science, where he led the Foresight Future of the Sea report.

At the end of 2022 he was seconded to the Independent Review of Net Zero, leading on the development of its policy recommendations to Government.
